Good hotel but needs better facilities

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The hotel room size was spacious. The aircon functioned well and the beds were comfortable. Loved the breakfasts and the restaurant food was very good. Loved the shuttle to the beach every hour.

The toilet was blocked and had to be reported. The shower head was squirting water in all directions and wasn't fixed even after reporting it. The shower and bathroom floors have porcelain tiles, which makes it slippery when wet and dangerous, especially for the elderly. No English Tv channels.

Very Good

The hotel is quite big and in general it's clean. Breakfast is ok and the swimming pool is cozy.

My room is in the building C which is very far from the reception requiring the use of 3 different lifts. Not really comfy as during peak hours it can take up to 10 minutes to exit the hotel waiting for the lifts. The general state of the room is ok, but some renovation is needed in the bathroom-

Very Good

Good location, the hotel near yo forest and is really guiet place, just few minutes from Karon and Kata beaches, in our case we have a scooter, but hotel have a shuttle as well. Good breakfast, spacious pool, but the water was a bit cold. The room is very spacious and bright.

The air conditioner system don’t work well, the room was all time humidity, and you can not do nothing with this problem.

Breakfast was good. We didn't use the facilities much but the pool was small but looked clean. The beds were good and comfy. Area is accessible to souvenirs shops and about 15 min walk to beach

Amazing Hotel

The staff went out of their way to help and ensure we had everything we needed. The facilities were always clean. The food at the both the cafe and restaurant were fantastic and by the far the best meals we are our whole trip. Would not stay anywhere else.

Conveniently located, cute views, and great breakfast.

Loved the breakfast and took advantage of that everyday. Nice view of the pool from the room.

Elevators are dingy and look worn out (like service elevators), and don't leave a good impression when you're first taken inside of one at arrival.

Awesome

The hotel is new, so building is nice and clean. Hotel is located approx. 20 walking distance from the Karon beach and hotel provides shuttle that takes you from hotel to the beach and back few times a day. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Breakfast has a range of food available, food is fresh. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel, if you prefer a quiet stay in the area.

Restaurant didn't provide many thai dishes, most were western ones.

Great place to stay with a chilled atmosphere

The hotel was really nice and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning with the freshly made eggs for us and the lovely staff at the restaurant and reception made our stay truly special.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach but you do have free transfer a couple of times a day. There are not that many things around the hotel, mainly building sites so you need to go to the centre of Karon when you eat out.

Clean hotel. Very friendly personal. Location is good if you have a bike or car. Or you could use transfer from the hotel, few times per day.

I would be a good to have a wine/beer opener in the rooms. Also it could be better to make some refresh.

Awesome

Everything is clean and tidy, hotel is almost new, so no issues. Cleaning personnel did theirs job well.

Construction works were performed near by all our 10 days, so we heard it all the day time. Some personnel on reception was weird -we needed to have a knife to cut a mango in the room, we asked about the knife on reception, and a lady there recommended us to go to IKON restaurant to manage this. We did it ourselves.Ive been in thousands hotels around the world and almost everywhere personnel suggested to help/assist if you need something extra (knife). If you bye something at hotel/swimming pool you need to be ready to pay extra 17%.
